Baked tomatoes

I used a muffin tin and strips of parchment to roast these gems up once the rainy season hit. I don't think it will be long before I feel the need to try these again. With a salad or a piece of corn bread these would make a complete meal.

Thanksgiving

I have plans but lunch comes first.
I soaked some rice cakes over night and fried them up with ginger, garlic, tumeric and bok choy. I added some canned homemade soup since I seem to have stuffed my fridge with it, a can of tuna, and some creamed corn. Leftovers may show up in a pie later.
